Apex Patios LLC operates https://apexpatios.co to explain our patio construction services and help customers contact us. These terms apply to use of this website to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the website. You may contact us directly with questions.

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate another person, submit malicious content or spam, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, or use another person's contact details without permission. Requests for work should come from an adult authorized to discuss the property.

Estimates and construction agreements

Apex provides concrete patios, stamped concrete, paver patios, retaining walls and pergolas in Colorado Springs and surrounding communities. Submitting a form or chat message is an inquiry. It does not reserve a construction date, place an order, authorize work or create a construction contract.

We offer free estimates. An on-site review may be needed to assess access, measurements, drainage, soil, materials and the requested scope. Advertised same-day pricing refers to the estimate visit; it does not guarantee an immediate response to every online inquiry or a construction start date.

The written proposal and accepted project agreement should identify scope, price, payment schedule, materials, permits and responsibilities, timing, changes, cancellation rights and applicable warranties. Do not rely on these website terms as a substitute for that agreement. Nothing here changes an existing signed agreement or removes a right that cannot legally be waived.

Pricing, scheduling and project conditions

Website descriptions, photographs and illustrations help explain options; they are not a site-specific design, engineering assessment or final quote. Project conditions, material availability, weather, access and any necessary approvals can affect scope and timing. We will address project-specific requirements through the estimate and agreement process.

This website does not collect deposits, process purchases or establish a cancellation fee or refund schedule. Payment obligations, changes to an agreed price, cancellation and refunds are governed by the project agreement and applicable law. Contact Apex about changes before relying on an altered scope or schedule.

Warranties and financing

Apex advertises two-year structural warranties for the Solid and Stronghold systems and a lifetime structural warranty for Bulletproof. Request the applicable written warranty for its coverage, duration, claim procedure and any lawful conditions. Bulletproof construction details are provided at consultation. These website terms do not replace a written warranty, reduce an enforceable advertised promise or exclude protections provided by law.

Financing is advertised as available. Approval and any rates, repayment obligations or other credit terms depend on the applicable provider and financing agreement. An estimate request is not a credit application or promise of approval. Review the provider's terms before applying or accepting financing.

Contact requests and optional text messages

When you ask us a question or request an estimate, we may respond about that inquiry. Providing a phone number or accepting these website terms alone does not give consent to a promotional text program.

If you separately opt in to Apex Patios LLC text messages, you may receive the message types described at opt-in, such as estimate follow-ups, appointment reminders, project updates or customer support. Promotional offers require separate marketing consent. Automated messages may be used where covered by your consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message frequency varies with your requests and project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; you may receive a final confirmation of your request. To receive messages again, provide a new opt-in through an available consent method. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Apex using the phone or email below.

Use a number you own or are authorized to use and tell us if it changes. Text delivery depends on mobile networks and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on text or website chat for emergencies or urgent safety concerns. Our Privacy Policy explains how contact and consent information is handled.

Website content and information you send

Website text, design, logos and images are owned by Apex or their respective rights holders. You may view and save reasonable portions for personal project planning. Other use requires permission from the relevant owner unless permitted by law. No transfer of intellectual property rights is implied.

You retain rights in photographs and other material you submit. You authorize Apex and its service providers to use that material as needed to answer your inquiry, assess your project and perform agreed work. This does not grant blanket permission to publish your photographs or personal information in advertising.

Customer reviews are displayed through an independent review service. Third-party opinions are their authors' own. Photographs and illustrative construction graphics show examples; finishes and individual project conditions vary.

Third-party tools and links

The site includes third-party forms, chat, reviews and links. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Apex does not control independent third-party websites or guarantee their availability. Our use of providers does not eliminate responsibilities that applicable law places on Apex.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep website information accurate and useful, but errors, interruptions or outdated details can occur. Please confirm material project information with Apex before acting on it. We may correct website content or restrict misuse of the website without changing an existing customer agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, excuses fraud or intentional misconduct, waives mandatory consumer remedies, or limits Apex's obligations under a construction agreement or warranty.

Applicable law and resolving questions

Colorado law governs these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without depriving you of mandatory protections that otherwise apply. Please contact Apex first with a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class proceedings or prevent you from contacting a regulator or seeking a remedy available by law.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Additional written project terms govern their own subject matter.

Updates to these terms

We may revise these website terms and update the date above. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter a signed project agreement or a previously granted consent. We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement when legally required.
