Apex Patios LLC

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Apex Patios LLC handles personal information when you visit our website, request an estimate, use our chat, or communicate with us about your project.

Who we are and what this covers

Apex Patios LLC is a patio contractor serving Colorado Springs and surrounding Colorado communities. This policy applies to https://apexpatios.co and information we receive through related estimate and customer communications. Apex is responsible for its use of that information.

This policy describes information practices; it is not a request for consent to marketing. Separate notices or agreements may apply to a financing application, a third-party service, or a construction project.

Information we collect

Information you provide: our estimate form requests your full name, phone number, email address and project details. We also receive the messages you send through chat, email or other communications. During project discussions, you may provide a property address, site photographs, scheduling preferences and information about the work you want completed.

Information from your visit: our hosting, form, chat, review and tracking providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring website or campaign, interaction times and identifiers used to associate visits with an inquiry. These providers receive technical information when their embedded services load, even if you do not submit a form.

Please send only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not include payment-card details, Social Security numbers, passwords, medical records or other sensitive personal information in the estimate form or chat. The website does not have an online checkout or financing application.

How we use information

We use contact and project information to respond to requests, arrange estimates, discuss concrete patios, stamped concrete, pavers, retaining walls and pergolas, coordinate work and provide customer support. We use correspondence and project records to administer our customer relationship, address warranty questions, maintain business records and comply with applicable obligations.

We use visit and attribution information to understand how people find the site, connect inquiries with their source, improve the website and troubleshoot problems. Information may also be used to protect our systems, prevent misuse and establish or defend legal rights. Marketing communications require the permission required by applicable law.

Providers and information sharing

The website uses Netlify for hosting, HighLevel / LeadConnector for the estimate form, chat, customer records and visit attribution, and ReputationHub to display reviews. Next Genesis Sites supports the website and its connected systems. These services process the information needed to provide their functions. Authorized personnel and service providers may access relevant information to support our operations.

We may disclose information to professionals or contractors where needed to handle your request or project, to comply with legal requirements, to protect rights and safety, or at your direction. If the business is reorganized or transferred, relevant records may transfer subject to applicable law and the commitments in this policy.

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their independent marketing or for targeted advertising. Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process these details only as needed to deliver and support the messages you have agreed to receive.

External sites and services you choose to use, including a financing provider, may collect information under their own privacy notices. Review those notices before providing information. This policy covers Apex's use of your information, not an independent provider's separate business.

Cookies, local storage and tracking

The website saves your English or Spanish preference in your browser's local storage. Connected services may use cookies, local storage and similar identifiers to operate forms and chat, remember interactions, prevent abuse and associate website visits with an inquiry. HighLevel's external tracking is installed across the site.

You can delete stored website data and restrict cookies through your browser settings. Blocking third-party content may affect the form, chat or review display. These settings do not remove information already submitted to Apex or necessarily prevent all technical logging. You can contact us directly by phone or email if you prefer not to use an embedded form.

We do not use the information described here for the sale or targeted-advertising activities that a Global Privacy Control signal is designed to opt out of. Contact us with questions about your privacy preferences or to exercise an applicable right.

Email and text-message choices

Submitting an inquiry allows us to respond to that request; it does not by itself enroll you in promotional text messages. If you separately opt in to texts from Apex Patios LLC, your consent applies to the message types disclosed when you opt in. Optional marketing consent is separate from service-related communications and is not a condition of purchasing services.

You can reply STOP to opt out of a text-message program or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may also contact us using the details below. For promotional email, use the unsubscribe option in the message or contact us. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary non-marketing communications about an existing project through an appropriate channel.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy. Retention depends on whether an inquiry becomes a project, ongoing work and warranty obligations, consent and opt-out records, applicable tax or recordkeeping requirements, and the need to resolve disputes. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal requirements and backup cycles.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information submitted to Apex has been misused.

Privacy requests and applicable rights

You can ask about our use of your information, request access, correction or deletion, or update communication preferences by emailing ColoradoSprings@apexpatios.co or calling (719) 357-9868. Tell us the nature of your request and enough information to locate the relevant records. Do not send identity documents unless we arrange a secure method.

Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies, you may have rights to obtain a portable copy of personal information, opt out of certain processing, withdraw consent, or use an authorized agent. We may need to verify your identity and an agent's authority. We respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any lawful reason we cannot fulfill a request. Exercising a protected privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

If an applicable privacy law gives you a right to appeal a denied request, contact us at the same email with the subject Privacy Appeal. We will review and respond as that law requires. You may also raise concerns with the Colorado Attorney General or your applicable privacy regulator.

Children and visitors outside the United States

Our website and contracting services are intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through this site. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can address it and delete it where appropriate.

Apex operates in Colorado. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate; local privacy rules may differ. Where legally required, appropriate transfer protections must apply. Visiting this website alone is not consent to waive applicable privacy protections.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, systems or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required before materially different uses of your information.
